Why will my washing machine not spin?
Usually one of four things: the machine cannot drain, the load is unbalanced, the door interlock has failed, or the drive belt has gone. Our guide walks through all four, and two of them you can check yourself. -

Is a failed bearing worth repairing?
Often not. On many modern front loaders the tub is sealed, so the bearing cannot be replaced without replacing the tub assembly. We tell you which design yours is before you spend anything. -
